Macintosh TCP/IP &
Remote Access Configuration Help
1. Begin by clicking on the Apple menu in the
top left corner.

2. Choose Control Panels.
3. Select TCP/IP from the list of control panels.
4. Verify that the following information is
entered as shown below:

Connect via PPP
Configure Using PPP Server
Make sure that Ip Address, Subnet Mask, and
Router Address are all
< will be supplied by server >
Name Server Addr:
67.153.37.20
67.153.37.21

5. Click the close button in the top left corner
6. When it asks you to save, choose Save
7. Click on the Apple menu again.

8. Choose Control Panels.

9. Select Remote Access from the list of control
panels.
10. When the Remote Access window opens, verify
that Your Username and Your Password are correct.

11. Check the Save Password box if you wish
for the computer to remember your password.
12. Verify Your Local Access Number in the Number
box.

13. At the bottom of the Remote Access window,
click on the Options button.
14. When the Options window opens, click on
the Connection tab.

15. Verify that the first two options are NOT
checked.
16. Make sure that Flash icon in menu bar while
connected is checked.
17. Check the other Reminders options if you
wish.
18. Click OK.
19. Click on the Protocol tab.

20 . Verify that PPP is selected for Use Protocol.
21. Make sure that only the first three options
are checked.
22. Click OK.
